e-PRO – Electronic Professional – The Real Estate Industry has undergone a fundamental change over the past several years. A majority of consumers are taking the time to conduct their own research prior to contacting an agent. In turn, real estate professionals must be knowledgeable of how technology can assist them in serving the needs of the buying and the selling public. The e-PRO course is a 30 hour, online course based on the use of technology and how it can keep you in better touch with your clients and customers.
GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute -
The GRI designation is awarde3d only to real estate professionals who are members of the National, State and Local Association of REALTORS, and who successfully complete ninety hours of specific, advanced course work. The GRI designation symbolizes exceptional real estate expertise, and a commitment to a higher standard of customer service.
ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative – The ABR designation is awarded through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council or REBAC, which was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer representation skills and services. REBAC is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
